Shipping Policy

The goods will generally be delivered within three to ten days after we have received your payment, with the exception of custom surfboards which will be shipped once they have been completed. The type of dispatch will be either LDS, Time Freight, EMS, Globe Flight, Aramex, Fedex, TNT Express or Rohlig Grindrod depending on the weight of your parcel and the destination.

After completing an order, you will receive an Email with a confirmation that we have received your order. Sometimes errors do occur in our stock inventory or other customers order just before you. We cannot be liable or responsible for any loss occurring because your items are not in stock. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible if this is the case.

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the time estimate (the estimate is in working days unless otherwise stated) provided the goods are on stock. However, this is an estimate, and delivery within the time quoted cannot be guaranteed. If the goods are not delivered within the time we have estimated, please feel free to contact us by email info@surfboss.co.za and we will try to resolve the issue promptly.

We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery over the estimated provided.

FREIGHT COST

The freight costs include packing, transport and shipping charges. The charges depend on the weight and/or volumetric weight of the parcel and will be shown as soon as you add a product into your cart. They do not include import tariffs and/or import turnover taxes. We recommend to group your purchases together in one order so you would only pay the freight costs once.
